Terms and Conditions

PRICES
The rates for the rooms include VAT, local taxes and all the costs related to the service. Prices are subject to change without notice, but after the confirmation of the booking, price is guaranteed.

BOOKING
The stay is for a minimum of two nights

POLICIES FOR GUARANTEE /DEPOSIT/PAYMENT
To get the confirmation of your booking, if you do not proceed directly with the purchase by Credit Card, it is necessary within 7 days from the date of booking  receive, by bank transfer, the deposit of 30% rather than the total amount on the reservation if you selected the prepayment.
The online payment can be made by Credit Card (via Paypal system interface), or by bank transfer.

POLICY CHANGE/CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Reservations can be canceled, with resulting in return to the customer by any amount already paid , within 7 days from the date of the stay; to cancel a reservation you must send a written notice via e-mail at info@villadepietro.it. Over that time limit, refund the whole or part of the sum already paid,  will be at the discretion of B&B Villa De Pietro .

Always within this period (7 days before the start date of your stay) you can also change your reservaton, depending on the availability of the B & B by contacting via e-mail (info@villadepietro.it) the structure itself.

For early departures, will be applied the payment of one (1) additional night .

Some types of rates (eg, promotions and offers) may be subject to cancellation policies will be communicated to the customer resulting in a full refund of the amount received at time of booking, so please read carefully any special conditions at the time of booking.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
For check-in is required that at least one guest for room is an adult (18 years of age), otherwise the check-in may not be possible. Time of check-in time: before 14:00 (delays will be agreed by phone directly with the operator of the facility).

Time of check-out: 10.00. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day specified for the start.

CHILD POLICY
For the purposes of the reservation, children under the age of five (5) years do not pay, if they sleep with their parents, or do not request an extra bed, otherwise, or for any children over that age, at the time of  booking must be considered and reported among adults.

PETS POLICY
Pets Small pets with a weight not exceeding 10 kg will be accepted on request, at no additional cost. However, in the event of failure to observe the normal rules of cleaning or damage caused by the animal, the B&B reserves the right to establish a compensation equal to the cost required to perform the cleaning and /or repair.

CLEANING SERVICE
No cleaning service on Sundays and public holidays
